I took my car in for my a.c. They fixed it in a reasonable amount of time. The manger gave me a ride home as well as picking me up and taking me back to get my car. The staff were all very friendly and very nice. I would take my car back. They do more than a.c. checks as well.

I’m always uncomfortable about having to trust that the people at what ever shop I go to are going to give an honest assessment for what is wrong with my vehicle. I have no idea what a fair price is for the work I had done should be. But I could not have received better service nonetheless . Everyone was courteous, pleasant and straight forward with regard to what was happening and efficient in doing what they needed to do to take care off my issues and get me back on the road. If nothing else it was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. I greatly appreciate good service with a smile and that is what I received . To me it shows a well managed business.

I had an incredible experience at ICE COLD AIR! Joe took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, walking me through my repair options without pressuring me. They were fast, reasonably priced, and kept me updated the entire time. It’s such a relief to find a local, honest mechanic. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning for all my future maintenance!"

From the initial call Scott was awesome . I brought in my own parts because I thought I knew the issue . Scott discovered the real issue even though it was more than I expected to pay . Why the 5 stars ? I sat in the waiting room and listened to how he answered the phone calls and was attentive to his team and making sure they all were busy . I’ve been in sales and customer service over 30 years and she. I saw he’s the best at it ! He’s the best at it ! His service won me over . Highly recommend ! He said if he ain’t got no customers then he’ll be at home sipping a cold beverage. So he loves his customers and treats them as such ! Great job man ! Make sure you buy the service booklet ! It’s worth it .

I’ve been bringing my cars to Ice Cold Air - Dale Mabry for years and the service has been consistently outstanding. The team is professional, efficient, and upfront about what your vehicle truly needs. They take the time to explain everything clearly and never make you feel pressured or upsold. I especially want to highlight Scott, the manager. His customer service is top-tier. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure customers feel informed and confident about the work being done. You can tell him and the rest of the staff takes pride in running a trustworthy, well-managed shop. Fair pricing, quick turnaround, and excellent communication every time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest auto service.
